1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 9yyy platform — whether through the website at 9yyy.vin, the Android app, or any other interface provided by us — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This agreement is between you, the player, and 9yyy as the platform operator.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not create an account or use any service offered on this platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.
2Eligibility & Age Requirements

3Account Registration

Account Security

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact support immediately. 9yyy cannot be held responsible for losses that result from unauthorised access where the player has failed to keep their credentials secure or has shared them with another person.

4Deposits & Payments

Funds Ownership

Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they are converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly at the point of claim. Players should read the wagering requirement before accepting any bonus.
Bonus Validity
All bonuses have an expiry period, typically stated in days from the point of issue. Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not used within the validity window will be removed from the account automatically.
Bonus Abuse
9yyy monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk bets designed purely to clear wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional terms in ways that were clearly not intended. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have the relevant bonus and any associated winnings removed, and may be suspended.
- Each bonus offer can only be claimed once per player, per household, and per payment method.
- 9yyy reserves the right to withdraw a bonus at any time if eligibility conditions are found not to have been met.
- Cricket-season and PSL promotions are available during the stated event window only.

7Game Rules & Fair Play
All games available on the 9yyy platform use certified random number generation (RNG). The outcome of every spin, card draw, or bingo ball is entirely random and cannot be predicted or influenced by any player, device, or external system.

Technical Malfunctions

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach, any bonus funds will be forfeited and real-money funds may be held pending investigation.
Players also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting support. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please inform support so that the appropriate self-exclusion flag can be applied.
10Privacy & Data
